Developed from the multi-award-winning transportable Hugo 2, the Hugo TT 2 is bigger, better and more advanced in every way. TT 2 sets a new benchmark for table top DACs, eclipsed only by our flagship DAVE.

Prepare to be amazed by the radical transformation of Hugo TT 2, meticulously redesigned by Chief Designer John Franks. With 5 times the processing power of its predecessor, the original Hugo TT, and double that of the award-winning Hugo 2, this masterpiece harnesses over 20 years of digital development by Rob Watts, utilizing the latest cutting-edge technology.

Unleashing unprecedented technical specifications and measurements, Hugo TT 2 delivers an unparalleled audio experience surpassing its predecessor with astonishing 768kHz PCM and DSD 512 playback capabilities. It sets a new benchmark in table top audio, second only to the remarkable DAVE.

Delving deeper into its technological prowess, Hugo TT 2 employs a powerful Xilinx Artix 7 FPGA, custom-coded by Chord Electronics' very own Rob Watts, with an astounding 86x 208MHz cores operating in parallel. This advanced FPGA enables the creation of a groundbreaking 16FS WTA 1 filter with an impressive 98,304-taps, surpassing the 49,152-tap capability of its acclaimed sibling, Hugo 2. Moreover, Hugo TT 2 features an upgraded 10-element design, perfectly synchronized with the enhanced FPGA and code, resulting in unparalleled audio reproduction.

To minimize distortion, Hugo TT 2 incorporates a brand-new high-power discreet output stage and integrates second-order noise-shaping between the DAC output and filter. Furthermore, improvements have been made to the power delivery system. Departing from the Li-Po battery power supply of its predecessor, Hugo TT 2 adopts six super capacitors capable of delivering massive linear dynamic currents when the music demands it, with a peak output of 5A and 9.3V RMS.

Hugo TT 2 retains the beloved four-stage user-selectable filter controls introduced with Hugo 2, allowing you to customize your audio experience. It also preserves the three-stage user-selectable digital crossfeed function, enabling headphone users to enhance the perception of depth, similar to that of listening to speakers.

For those seeking an even more remarkable audio enhancement, Hugo TT 2 can be easily upgraded with the addition of M Scaler, a state-of-the-art 1M-tap digital upscaling device.

Experience the extraordinary power and performance of Hugo TT 2, an unmatched pinnacle in table top audio that will revolutionize your audio journey. Immerse yourself in sound like never before.
